Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel, contact our customer support with your order ID.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Returns are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged
• In case of damaged items, please share clear images within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or opened products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Orders placed during special offers or clearance sales (unless damaged)
